This couple had an engagement shoot with their best man

Would you consider asking your best man to do something similar?

A couple's engagement photoshoot has gone viral for its tongue-in-cheek inclusion of their 'third-wheeling' best man.

When Brittney and Kody Frysinger got engaged, they decided to book an engagement photoshoot - and recreate a series of hilarious photos Brittney had spied on Pinterest.

And the pair knew exactly who they needed to get involved: Kody's best friend, Mitch Jolliff.

The pair shot an initial pre-wedding image with the help of photographer Lindsey Berger of Country Roads Photography.

Groom and Best Man's pre-wedding photoshoot goes viral

Shortly after the nuptials, Lindsey approached the couple to suggest a 'follow-up' image, showing the trio in their wedding outfits.

The images, which were shared on the photographer's Facebook page, have since gone viral, receiving thousands of likes and shares since being posted last month.

Talking to Yahoo, 'third-wheel' Mitch revealed: "They actually had to persuade me quite a bit to take the pictures. I'm not a big picture taker".

The resulting images beg to differ, Mitch! Fabulous idea, no?
